Group Functions

The Premier is the ideal package for that truly special occasion, the options are virtually endless, allowing you to tailor the venue specifically to your liking.

Room Space:   This package gives you use of the entire venue, from the spacious lounge area to the outdoor terrace, it’s all yours.

Public Entry:  Bar entry is granted to invited guests only over a 4 hour period at the discretion of the venue, this is controlled by either a guest list at the door or a pre-distributed ticket system.

Food Options: Choose from our range of share platters, or for something a little more elegant, our chef will design a variety of canapés/finger food to excite your palate.  Food may be served at a predetermined time or continuously served throughout the function.

Music:  We can provide in house music, ranging from golden oldies to modern dance.   Or alternatively we have the ability to host a live act or DJ, if this is the case there will be subsequent extra costs.

Security:  Throughout the function there will be a constant security presence to ensure a safe and enjoyable night.

Minimum/Maximum Patronage:  The minimum patronage for this function is 100 people, due to licensing restrictions the maximum allowable patronage is 120 people.

Special conditions/offers: This function package is available on all regular opening days with the exception of Friday.  Attendance numbers must be confirmed 5 days before the function date.

The venue must be viewed before your booking will be accepted.  A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking with final payment due 5 days prior to function.

The VIP Lounge is the best option for a smaller more intimate group, with your  own dedicated barperson and glamorous VIP style setting.

Room Space:   The VIP lounge is created when we section off the side lounge of the bar with velvet ropes and arrange the furniture in a chilled out lounge style setting for you and your guests for a 3 hour period after which it will be available to the general public at the discretion of the venue operators. You will also have your own dedicated barperson and bar space.

Public Entry:  The main Bar is open to the general public, however, you have complete discretion over who enters the VIP Lounge.

Food Options: Choose from our range of share platters, or for something a little more elegant, our chef will design a variety of canapés/finger food to excite your palate.  Food may be served at a predetermined time or continuously served throughout the function.  Alternatively you may elect to have your guests order their own food.

Music:  In house music will be provided, depending on the nature of your function and the other patrons in the bar, you may request specific genres or styles.

Security:  Throughout the function there will be a constant security presence  to ensure a safe and enjoyable night.

Minimum/Maximum Patronage:  There is no minimum patronage for this function, however, the maximum allowable patronage is 45, due to space constraints.

Special conditions/offers: This function package is available on all regular opening days.

The Northern Lounge is a great way to secure seating at a prime venue for a casual get together.

Room Space:   The Northern lounge consists of the rear half of the side lounge, either left open or separated by ropes for privacy.

Public Entry:  The main Bar is open to the general public, however, you have control over entry to your section for a 3 hour period at the discretion of the venue operators.

Music:  In house music will be provided.

Security:  Security will be available upon request, this will incur extra cost.

Minimum/Maximum Patronage:  There is no minimum patronage for this function, however, the maximum allowable patronage is 25, due to space constraints.

Special conditions/offers: This function package is available on all regular opening days.

The Sun Seeker is ideal for enjoying the lovely Perth weather on our unique and funky outdoor terrace.

Room Space:   The entire outdoor terrace is yours to use and enjoy for a 3 hour period, there will be plenty of seating, tables and shade provided. For a small surcharge you can elect to have your own personal wait staff for convenience.

Public Entry:  The main Bar is open to the general public, however, you have control over entry to your section for a 3 hour period at the discretion of the venue operators.

Food Options: Food can be served at a predetermined time or continuously served throughout the function. Alternatively you may elect to have your guests order their own food.

Music:  In house music will be provided, mainly funky house style music.

Security:  Security will be available upon request, this will incur extra cost.

Minimum/Maximum Patronage:  There is no minimum patronage for this function, however, the maximum allowable patronage is 20, due to space constraints.

Special conditions/offers: This function package is available on all regular opening days with the exception of Fridays.

The Early Bird package is the ideal setting for a corporate breakfast type affair, flexible hours make it suited to most groups.

Room Space:   The entire venue is yours to utilise for a 3 hour period at the discretion of the venue operators.  The central location and quiet upstairs placement make this the perfect brekkie spot.

Public Entry:  The venue is available to invited guests only for the breakfast functions.

Food Options:  Food for this package consists of a buffet style service, with eggs, bacon, cereal, toast and other seasonal produce. There is a wide variety of fruit juices and trained baristas can make you that perfect early morning cuppa.  For the stronger of stomach our usual bar selection is available.

Music:  In house music will be provided, easy listening background style.

Security:  Security will be available upon request, this will incur extra cost.

Minimum/Maximum Patronage:  There is a minimum patronage of 20 for this function, with a maximum of 65 people.

Special conditions/offers: This function package is available on all regular opening days, bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance.
